A little about me ...

During the journey of life, you’ll encounter obstacles. Some are big; some are small. Some outweigh the obstacles of others; some don’t. You may feel – as you travel along your path –  that there are more obstacles than journey…

What we often forget is that we’re not on this journey alone, and that fellow travellers can help us through the hard times.

I’m one of those travellers, and I have acquired life-enhancing tools and skills that I’d like to share with you. These include:

  • Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning (an experiential therapy modality)
  • Experiential and Interactive Therapy
  • Therapeutic Play

The things you hold dear are the things that shape your life. Surround yourself with what and whom you love, dedicate your time to your passions, and live a healthy life.

Through all the adventures that I have been privileged enough to experience in my life, I have come to realise that having a wide variety of skills and interests is an asset, not a liability. I will never fit into a conventional box, and I have learned to love that.

I love what I do

The things you hold dear are the things that shape your life. Surround yourself with what and whom you love, dedicate your time to your passions, and live a healthy life.

I’m passionate about providing holistic support on individuals’ journeys to healing, growth, and personal development. Importantly, I empower people to look inward, answer the tough questions, and make the changes they need to live their best life.

To be truly happy, you need to apply your whole self. I can give you the tools and skills you need to make real changes in your life, to sit tall and ride tall, and become your best self.

Because, believe it or not, the person best equipped to help you, is you.

We are never too old to learn. We continuously develop ourselves through our own personal experiences as well as our encounters with others.

always look for ways to better yourself
